How we work
Four stages, every time.
The same process for a one-page site and a full platform — just a different amount of time in each stage.
The same four stages, every time.
No improvised process per client — discovery, design, build and launch happen in that order, so you always know what's next.
The process
1Stage 01▸
Discover
Scope, constraints, success measures.
A short discovery pass fixes scope, budget and the metrics that define "done" before anything is designed. For a web project, that includes a sitemap and content inventory; for an app, the data model and user flows.
2Stage 02▸
Design
IA, UX, visual system — reviewed before build.
Information architecture and visual direction are proposed and signed off before a line of application code is written, so you're approving a plan, not a surprise.
3Stage 03▸
Build
Shipped in small, reviewable increments.
Small, reviewable changes, continuous integration gating every merge, and real measurements (performance, accessibility, security) taken as the work lands — not promised for later.
4Stage 04▸
Launch & support
Measured at launch, maintained after.
A real launch checklist, real tool output at cutover, and an agreed monitoring/maintenance routine afterward — not a handoff into silence.
